Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying various parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
